Summer Fighting Fun at Carnalea
Last Saturday at Carnalea Methodist Centre, there were screams, shouts, punches, kicks, but no blood...all part of the excitement of summer training with the Mizukara Karate clubs.

Well done to everyone who succeeded in their grading today. For those who missed we'll try to sort it this week. Sensei Kevin advised that those going for green belt were particularly good. Keep it up and eventually you'll be black belts.
