Display Day 2012
Ards Leisure Centre was hot and kicking on Saturday! Almost eighty students aged between four and forty something from the Mizukara karate clubs in Ards and Bangor took part in a fantastic display of sparring and kata.
North West 2012
Last Saturday in Donegal eleven karate students from the Scrabo and Carnalea karate clubs took part in the North West International Open.
Bawnogue Open Karate Tournament
Last Sunday a very talented group of fourteen karate students from Carnalea and Scrabo Karate Clubs travelled to the Bawnogue Open Karate Tournament in Dublin. Their travelling friends and families were not disappointed.

Our Annual Sponsored kick will Run in the week of the 21st of May. There will be some cool prizes for the top 3 fund raisers.
Follow the Torch
We are looking for kids to support the Olympic Torch going through Newtownards on the 3rd of June. Its an early one but well worth it.
Summer Grading
Our summer grading will be held on the 23rd of June. Please get as much practice as possible.
