Mizukara is a group of karate clubs offering years of experience and quality training to students throughout Co Down.

The clubs, which can be found in Bangor and Newtownards, were established in 1994 and have over 20 years experience in the martial arts and self defence profession.

Our clubs have been very successful in coaching students to world and international success and also havea superb track record developing children's self-confidence, motor skills and physical abilities, particularly young people with minor disabilities.

Mizukara training is also regarded as a great way for adults to keep healthy and allow them time to set and achieve their own personal karate goals.

The clubs are led by instructors David Brashaw and Kevin Lewis & Sam Lewis. All of whom are very experienced and recognised internationally for their competition successes, coaching methods and innovative training ideas.
